Steps to Fill Online Form
Step 1:
- fill up the counseling form
- Upon submitting the form a unique ID would be generated which would be useful in further communication with the Institution.
Step: 2
After successful submission of the application, the candidate is required to deposit the required counseling charges of Rs. 2000 (Non Refundable).

After filling up the form & depositing the fee the applicant is required to mail the following information through e-mail at onlinecounseling@ctgroup.in.
- Name of Student
- Father’s Name
- Application No(generated upon filling the form)
- Course applied for
- Unique ID provided by the bank
- Amount Deposited
- Branch Name
- Branch Code
- Scanned Copy of the deposit Slip
*Note
Students are requested to carry the following documents (Original & Photocopies) while coming for Seat confirmation.
- Copy of 10th or equivalent certificate bearing testimony to D.O.B
- Copy of Mark sheet of the qualifying exam
- Four recent passport size photographs
- Residence, caste certificate (Attested by Tehsildar)
- Income Affidavit/Certificate (Attested by Executive Magistrate/Tehsildar)
- School leaving/Character Certificate
- Migration/ Transfer Certificate
- Medical Certificate
